Suspect hacking and NO support

No access code is sent to open my account, and after more than a week of requesting support the response is inane, and despite assurance from a person that they will assist they disappear and a new unknown offers the same promise of support. In the end I suspect the account has been hacked and they keep you hanging on to gain more information. I suggest never use LUNO
