Support desk or live chat required for your customers

For a big crypto business like you not to have support more so live chats on your app is very frustrating and disappointing. I’ve been trying to buy Cypto I’ve had an account with you linked to an email address I no longer use, I then registered a new email address to which I’ve managed to get code through to move to the next step. However at some point verifications fail to go to my cellphone number. It’s very frustrating for you not to have support desk whilst enjoying such a huge customer support base
