****** Phone, Two Factor Authentication Lost - No assistance from Luno

Luno has been a great platform. I first joined back in 2013 when it was called BitX. However, I have had my phone ****** 6 days ago and had two factor authentication switched on. Emailed Luno immediately, got a reply saying they will call me to reset my authentication. I have not received anything since then!!! No call, email or anything. There is no number to call and my 10 emails are being ignored! So go Luno, but NEVER lose your two factor authentication and I have lost plenty now, being locked out of the exchange and my Bitcoins are on the exchange! Very Very poor response time and service Luno. Really disappointed, as I have supported your for 4 years now
