Stole my money

I lost my phone with Google Authenticator app on it. I contacted support about 4 months ago to have it resolved, as their instructions for getting back onto the Luno system don't work. The only reply I get is an email with those same instructions WHICH DON'T WORK. I have a lot of money stored with Luno which cannot be retrieved now. Do not trust Luno, they are a bunch of useless *******! Judging by the other reviews here, I'm most certainly not alone on this one!
