Stay Off Luno - They do not value customers

Pathetic service received after money was sent to a wallet address created by the platform.

They take no ownership no responsibility - I sent funds to a wallet created by them and they telling me after the funds has been sent that I'm liable for the fault... there fees are ridiculous they are ******** the average investor/trader... Stay off this platform they have no remorse for customers who lose money because of their poor system integration with the modern day market.

This was a withdrawal i was planning to make to do grocery shopping - i have a kid they do not care for circumstance to a situation they created!!!
