Stay away! They locked my account and support is unresponsive

I see a lot of people are facing the same issue, I've been using Luno since 2017. Howver today I deposited some cash and bought crypto, I am unable to withdraw and my account is locked. They do not provide any real customer support. All they give is this unclear reason:

"You recently initiated a deposit to your Luno Wallet using instant buy with PayU, our instant deposit partner. Unfortunately, due to a system error, funds were deposited to your Luno Wallet but were not taken from your bank account. In order for us to resolve this issue, we have temporarily locked your account.

What this means for you

You will be temporarily unable to complete any crypto sends or withdrawals from your Luno account while we identify a resolution. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you and will update you as soon as the lock on your account has been lifted.

Thank you for your patience and understanding."
