Stay away from luno.com
I have been informed that my account is going to be close for no reason after trading on the platform for many years. Unfortunately the warning emails landed in my spam folder. I have been struggling weeks now to get my crypto paid back into my sa bank I have always used, more than no R100 000i got one response saying they are investigating it. All I did was check in now and then on the app what's the worth. Luno I am not going to stop.

The reason also why you just close my account, for no reason I'd ridiculous, it could be a hacker trying to get access but at least suspend or lock the account and notify my via text or your app, emails gets lost. I trust this will get sorted and and can can my funds ASAP, I'll rather use another trading platform.

They are suppose to comply to the fsca fit and proper regulations and disclose to me why my account of 10 years has been closed. AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM LUNO, THEY THINK THEY ARE ABOVEE THE LAW. MINUS 10 RATING
