Shocking service and no back up support.

Luno is quick to take your investment and commission on trades but don't give a rip from then on. I had a problem with their authenticator and was locked out of my account. I have logged 2 queries with their support team and haven't received any comment, response or hint of interest in resolving the issue in over a week. Personally, I'd avoid using them in future. They appear to be more interested in our money than in customer service. Simply shocking. Also, not a telephone number to contact them anywhere... hiding perhaps?
