SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE LUNO!!!
Ticket number *** Luno shut my account, WITHOUT my permission. For a month now, and 12 emails later, i have requested to sell whatever i have in my account. I have asked for them to call me, 12 times!! Their customer service is DISGUSTING, and NON EXISTENT!!! I WILL NOW BE FORCED TO COMPLAIN TO THE OMBUDSMAN!
