Send Limits
Restrictions on send limits for South Africans are ridiculously low. Upon enquiry their only retort was that these limits are calculated dynamically per individual without having able to give any reasonable reason on how they calculate this and also not offering any solution to raise limits. Even though I am level 3 verified, I would have been more than happy to have provided further information to raise my limits. I have already missed so many opportunities in buying the dip in this Alt Season because of their inflexibility.

As an anti-financial crime measure, we limit the amount of cryptocurrency you're able to send on both a daily and monthly basis.
On the send screen, when you enter the amount you’d like to send, you may get a message displayed telling you that you’ve reached either your daily or monthly limit:
Crypto send limits are in line with the best practice in our industry and are used as a means to combat the high risk of ***** sometimes associated with cryptocurrency.
The safety of your funds is always our top consideration when making decisions and because these limits are calculated on risk-based factors, they can’t be changed.

- If you've reached your daily limit you’ll have to wait until the next day to send out the remaining cryptocurrency.
- If you've hit your monthly limit, however, you’ll have to wait until the start of the following month to send out cryptocurrency.
