Refund

Its suprising how in a day they rep**** me 3 times , Yep it happened to me after my complain. Funny part Luno refused to refund me my money cause i paid from one of the account i had signing powers on and the account is closed..i submitted proof of payment to them and 7years later i can be submitting somethng i submitted 7 years ago..its upto them to confirm with the bank.. We are been taken for a ride. Anyone willing to take legal route text me on zero 8 four seven 5 one four 2 eight nine..its time we write petation have this company be held accountability for our loss and pay us our monies with interest for over the years they kept in their account.
