Referral system is a ****!! Don’t waste your time !
Referred a work colleague and didn’t receive the referral reward. Contacted luno and they said the code wasn’t used correctly, sent proof and then received several emails where luno veered off point to not pay the referral reward.

04 Feb 2024, 12:38Nothing resolved to date! Still zero referral received! Luno needs to up their game! To add to this, they cant explain why my opening balance before my latest deposit zeroed!?? Wont make another deposit again, my money just disappears (even though it reflects on the statement)!! BEWARE !!
