Re: Unable to Verify Bank Accounts Error - Is Luno Now a ****?

Hi there I keep getting this error message when I try to add my bank account

"Unable to verify the ownership of this bank account, please contact support"

I am just surprised why I am receiving this error now when I am just about to withdraw money, I added those accounts months ago! And Luno accepted them. Only when I was about to withdraw money today I received the below email, on all my linked accounts,

"The bank account ***xx linked to your Luno profile seems to belong to someone else. Our policy only allows us to process withdrawals to bank accounts opened in the same name as the owner of the Luno profile."

Even tried changing the names on my profile to exactly match that on my bank aco****, nothing happened.

I have been using Luno for five years and I have never encountered this. I googled the problem and turns out a lot of Luno users are experiencing the same problem. Please sort this out as I need my money!
