I paid 20k on Tuesday night around 23:00 and it is still NOT in my BTC wallet. I have sent proof of payment to Luno and they have still not released my money. FNB TO FNB using correct ref number and excuses excuses excuses from LUNO. It has nothing to do with FNB releasing funds as they claim, they just need to read proof of payment and check your account.

Proof sent twice for the useless LAZY staff at LUNO.
