Poor Response Times

Luno.com is a bitcoin wallet - I have placed a lot of money with them and yet when I try and get hold of them re money I have deposited - their response time is extremely poor. In addition, they offer no telephone number to call - and you cannot find a single contact number on their website. Poor service - I will be transferring my crypto;s to other wallets / exchanges. In times of real emergencies - what would one do???
