Poor financial instrument
It use to be good 3 years ago. Only recently did they block me out of my account for no reason. Then when I wanted to send ETH they refused with some error. On top of thar I bought a large amount of XRP to send it more conveniently. They then said withdrawal is not possible with this asset. Ridiculous. Their fees are also less favorable. Change to VARL, Kraken or Kucoin. Works great.
