Poor customer engagement.

My partner just had R40000 ****** from her Luno account. Luno does not even have the decency to give her a call even after numerous messages. The business does not provide a telephone number to clients. Even banks send an SMS to your telephone number in order to verify transactions. Why are they not taking any action?
