Poor assistance Luno

I invested money with Luno on the 11 April 2023. I invested with them due to the fact that they were a South African based firm. Due to the fact the i was new in the crypto marked, i felt comfortable investing on this platform, because security on the platform was quite regid.

I did not check up on my investment often, maybe once or twice a month. April this year, i was shocked when i found out my investment was sold. I got proof of all transactions that was done, except it was not me that sold it.

I made contact with Luno. Their paid my money back into my account. They could not explain how something like this could happen. I wanted to reinvest as soon as possible, because of the bull market. On the 28th of September 2025 the money was transferred to Luno in order to reinvest. I used the wrong reference when i deposit the money. The assistant, Mike, confirmed that they find my deposit.....but Up to now, i am still waiting for my money to become available in my Luno wallet. Every time I speak to Mike, he said it will be paid in, next 24 hours, but it doesnt happen.

Now, I lost my trust with this platform where someone else sold my investment, and that, when the market for crypto was growing. Mike confirmed that they would compensate me for the loss during the time my investment was sold till money will be paid out. But i still loose every day, i can not invest.

I totally lost my trust in this platform and i started to question the integrity of this company. No one call you back ever, you always had to beg them for help, which you dont get.
