Please help Luno
Hi I would like to start off by saying i am very disappointed because I joined luno a month ago and I registered and I successfully created an luno account .well I was told that my minimum is 3K and within 7 working days of trading I'll get 33k but then I was told that I need to secure my account due that my profit overgrown and I have to deposit a 8K to move my account to a bigger account in order to make safe withdrawals and I was asking them why didn't they told me before that I had to make another deposit before to withdraw my money they keep on saying it's how the system works and I need to try harder !!I got frustrated and I'm still frustrated because I wasn't warned ,can you please tell Is this supposed to happen and how do I know that I'm not being ****med .please help!
