Pending payment from my luno wallet

I send my money using luno out of my wallet on Wednesday morning until today it still shows as pending, I have sent a couple of emails to them to clear it or at least call me to verify myself. They said they tried calling me but I haven’t seen any missed call from them til today I am still waiting for feedback while my R2000 is still pending
