Payment notification
I have send two emails to luno support but there is no response. I received two payments notification that were transferred to my Luno wallet a week ago but I have not received confirmation from luno. I have send luno two emails with transactions IDs for confirmation but there is no response. I need these transactions to be confirmed urgently cause I have bills that must be paid. What would it take to get a response from luno support?
