Payment not coming through after a more than a week.

I made several deposits to my LUNO account and never had issues with the deposits until a 8 days ago. I made an instant transfer from ABSA bank and the money still hasn't reflected in my LUNO account. What makes matters worse is that I sent several service request tickets and no help has come my way. Not even a phone call. I sent the proof of payment three times and even attempted contact through messaging on Facebook.

ABSA bank says the money has left the account and is in LUNO - but it is not in my allotted account.

This is a vote of no confidence on a platform that is supposed to help with cryptocurrency buy-in.
