Good day
On 29 Dec 2020 i started trading on Luno thru a lady claiming she's working for Luno after depositing R750 she claim i must pay another R1750 before i can get my money then i took it up with support then they stopped my trade cos they say she put a pending on my account and the only way they can help me is if i pay the R1750 which i dont have bear in mind coming friday is the 29 the my trade is a month old already: ISo on tuesday i asked a lady if i trade R1500 can i make a withdrawel after 48 hours she said yes so i made a new trade of R1500 thinking i will then take R1750 from my profit and pay it in to get my other profit So tonite a person by name of Issac send me a message stating that you people only pay out profit every fortnite which is bull Wheni send him the conversation between me and that lady he says yeah but shes just a representative maybe she misunderstood me even if shes just a rep surely she must know whats going on!! Up till today i havent received 1 enail not even the payment confirmation email nothing then i asked this morning this Issac person told me i must be patient Im not going to wait 7 days or 14 days i want my money tomorrow so i can pay the R1750 then i will get it after 3 days according to them I actually wanted to keep on trading with luno but i dont think it worth it if this is the way they treat people
I have proof of all the conversations

Unfortunately, there are many ****s in the cryptocurrency industry that will promise huge or instant returns. What you have shared above makes it sound as though you are being contacted by a representative of a ****, or by someone promising unrealistic returns.
Luno does not operate in this way at all since each customer is able to freely decide when and how much they would like to deposit. Please investigate thoroughly before making any payment.
For more details on how to recognise and avoid such ****s, please read our Help Centre article on cryptocurrency ****s and schemes:

We also recommend getting in touch with our support team in order for them to help investigate further and secure your account:
