Opening an account is very slow and still not fully verified after weeks and logging a complaint on their system.

<p>I started the process of opening an account with Luno on 8th of June. I received automated responses telling me documents were needed for personal identity verification which I duly sent. It then took a week to find out that they couldn't verify my details for no reason given but prompted me to send more docs which I did with the same result after a further few days waiting. It's useless having an account if you can't buy cryptocurrency using your currency...which I am not allowed to do. I can pretty much do nothing on the site with my useless account and have no reason for not being verified. I also have no way or fixing this as I no longer have the option of uploading more docs in case the ones I did were rejected for reasons unknown.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable. So after much searching I found a way to log a complaint/query on their site and received a reference number and told I will be contacted within 2-4 working days. Nothing had happened besides an email saying we are very busy. </p> <p> </p> <p>Someone contact me please. You guys are meant to be cutting edge and fast. That's the whole point of cryptocurrency. </p>
