We thank you for your feedback.
We want to be the easiest place for people to learn about cryptocurrencies. For now, we’re focused on the largest and most established cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP and USDC.
We’re not currently planning on adding support for other currencies, but as always, we're keeping our eyes on the progress and adoption of the cryptocurrency landscape. You can learn more about our views on this here.
You can always send your Luno-supported cryptocurrency to another platform and use it there to buy other cryptocurrencies.
We’ve notified the team of your request and we’ll send updates on Twitter, Facebook, and our website when we add support for more coins.
You're able to find more information regarding the withdrawal schedule here: https://www.luno.com/help/articles/***
If your withdrawal hasn't been processed within the time stipulated in the schedule, please reach out to our support team here: https://www.luno.com/help/en/tickets/new?category_id=30
They'll investigate this matter further, and resolve your query accordingly.
We appreciate your understanding.
