Not sure if Luno Offices still operational??

Support centre from Luno is very poor. My account was locked its been almost 3 weeks just to reset the authy code to date it's not sorted. The system keeps giving different ticket numbers and support centre staff sends emails to say it's sorted when its not...??

Thank you so much Hellopeter after almost 3 weeks of numerous emails to Luno this morning I received as sms my issue has been resolved. Tnx again..
