Not so good anymore I would like to write a review about Luno Why did you remove the PayU option for FNB and Capitec clients? Eversince you did that I have reduced my trading on Luno by almost 60%
Not so good anymore I would like to write a review about Luno Why did you remove the PayU option for FNB and Capitec clients? Eversince you did that I have reduced my trading on Luno by almost 60%. A lot of my family and friends as well. Without the immediate options you now have to wait up to 2 days to do something with your deposit. By that the markets have changed. It is now senseless

Regrettably, the instant deposit option via PayU is not currently available with Capitec and FNB.
Regrettably, the instant deposit option via PayU is not currently available with Capitec and FNB.
Although we’d love to make it available for you again in the shortest possible time, this isn’t something we have any influence over.
In the meantime, please make your deposit through the regular EFT deposit method. You can find out how to do that here.
Kindly note that we’re subject to regular bank transfer times, and deposits made outside of banking hours, or from a different bank, can take up to two business days to clear into our bank account, note that we also do not have control over the clearance time.
Keep an eye out for PayU updates here.
Please note, Luno banks with Standard Bank, so deposits via bank transfer (EFT) from your Standard Bank account will reach your ZAR wallet near-instantly, and there are no bank fees.
