No support at Luno

I've transferred some funds to Luno in order to purchase Bitcoins on 03/05/2020 obviously one would need to wait up to 48 hours for the funds to reflect, that is no prop.

Then I needed to change my phone number as the one I registered with I no longer own. Well here comes the problem. When you compare Lune to other there is NO support You will wait for days for a reply that says we are to busy and you need to wait for days more to change a phone number. Now on day 5

I ended up going to Luno opposition changed my Phone number as I had to do it there as well in 15 min transferred funds and purchased bitcoins in another 15 min. Now that service.

Luno charges the highest fees and offers no support.
