No Service whatsoever ..................

I registered with Luno about 4 months ago and created an account , made a deposit and bought some cryptocurrency. That was easy ! However when your deposit exceeds a certain amount they lock your account and request you send a proof of address , which I duly did on a number of occasions , with no response other than a automated email that's advises me that they are very busy and will get back to me . That was over 2 months ago , and I still have a locked account and I still have not had a revert from them of any sort . The problem is that the only way to contact them is through their auto-configured email prompts on their site , which no one responds to , no matter how many times you send a message . They have no phone number or address you can visit to try sort it out . So the bottom line is I haven't been able to trade in the account and I cant even withdraw my funds or close the account , because I am still locked out of the account . Now thats customer service .......NOT !!! So going on Hello Peter is my second last resort to try and get a response from Luno , failing which I will brief my Attorney and go legal . Hopefully my message will save some other poor idiot from investing funds with LUNO !!!!
