No response from Luno

I am really disappointed with Luno, i make an investment of R100000.00 and could view the current value of my holdings via their app. Since Bitcion is on a free fall they removed the daily balance . I have reached out to them numerous times and they are ignoring my messages. All that I see is Zar 0.00 and BTC 0.00
