No respnse Bad service

Service and response exceptionally bad. I opened a business account more than a month ago and still not activated. a Month later I get a mail again requesting all the documents again. I have sent mail to them and get no response. With the amount of money they make off clients, I would think they would give better service. Shocking to say the least. Here is my ref number ***. No other way to contact Luno but to send mail and hope you do not get ignored. I am seriously not impressed with Luno. If you want service, you wont get it here. Next step Social Media.
