I have subscribed to Luno to buy Bitcoins, deposited R10 000 and to my surprise one morning I got a notification that my Luno account password has been changed , I immediately logged in and could see the transactions been done and all my money disappeared. Like a normal person who is in diah need, I sent a message to the support center to report the incident as they do not have a number, to this day I have not even received a response. Bad service, *********.
