Need some help please
Good day
I need help or advice regarding money was put in and then was transferred into block chain but I can't get the money back

Unfortunately, once you send cryptocurrency, we can’t reverse the transaction as Luno has no control over how blockchain technology has been set up.
The only way to get your cryptocurrency back is to contact the owner of the wallet it was sent to. This is only possible if you know the owner of the wallet you mistakenly sent your cryptocurrency to.
