My funds are still pending till today no withdrawal process take time but the account is valid

Withdrawals are processed according to our withdrawal schedule, which you can find here: https://www.luno.com/help/articles/***
If you request a withdrawal during our scheduled times, it will be automatically processed by our system. With that said, the time it takes for you to receive the funds in your bank account still depends on inter-bank transfer times.
You'll need to allow for normal bank transfer times before expecting the money in your bank account. This can take up to two business days and is unfortunately outside of our control.
