Moneymaking ****

I gave a similar complaint tgan what i have see here by for instance Ange C. On 18 January i received an e mail refering to an e mail dated 15 January 2025, which i did not receive, that stated that after review of the activities on my accohnt, my account will ve closed on 22 January. I tried contacting them through all the available channels for a reason but only received tgese generic replies. I then followed thecsteos as set out in the e mail, liquidated my crypto ( of which luno took a hefty commision) tried to transfer my money to.my regustered bank account on.luno, but was tgen informed i can only trabsfer R50000 per month? On 23.January tge account was closed and now i am fighting to get my mobey. Nice interest free money for Luno. And I am sure they will respond that a team of experts has contacted me. They do not answer the questions. This should go to the banking Ombudsman.
