Money ****** out my luno account
My phone recently got ****** and had a luno app on it They withdrew R 90 000 from it in some very sophisticated way , transferring my bitcoin and Ethereum from my account to another I never keep passwords or login details on my phone I contacted luno and they said they not responsible for third party theft or my money wasn't insured Went to the police and looks like nothing they can do , Luno just says give *** to the police
This is unsatisfactory as Luno should have provided insurance or a cold storage ssyttem . My money is gone
Be very careful not to put the luno app on your phone or just don't invest with them if you want long term growth , rather get a product with cold storage or one which requires you upload copies of your I.D , passport or drivers
