This is actually mind blowing to see how many people luno has ********** , all under the same pretences. Suspicious activity... You've got a week to close your account ... Everyone suffering major losses.

Last week Tuesday morning I got the very same email , logged a query, tried every possible avenue to get hold of someone , as I was absolutely astounded and close to having a melt down by just the thought I'd have to sell all my XRP I've been accumulating since 2021, 46136 to be exact . And that at a time when the market is down , 800k down in my case . My first thought was that there must be some mistake , or something fishy is going on , after opening a ticket from my wife's account, she finally got feedback that they are escalating this Query and someone will get back to me soon , after waiting almost the entire day , and opening a second ticket ( complaining about the lack of response on the first ticket ) I received the same response that they have a team of experts looking into this .

So my first concern wasn't addressed in an appropriate manner , but I'm also getting the run around by not just 1 person but 3 , all of their replies being exactly the same copy and paste BS , all my enquiries or replies just ignored and them just sending the same message over and over again . Atleast that confirmed the email came from luno , but not once acknowledging my every attempt to resolve the issue, as there must clearly be a mistake , suspicious activity.... What suspicious activity, I am the only person who have deposited any funds or coins into my account, my account is fully verified and Ive been a customer since 2017.

Not once even looking into the issue. Just forcing me to sell my crypto and delete my information so there's no trace.

What's really funny is how from time to time I've sold off some of my coins and not once was the entire amount sold in 1 transaction. But this time it was, 46136 units in 1 single transaction, also at 20cent a unit more than what the market was trading at and almost instantly.

Luno you ****** me , you forced me to sell assets I had no intention of selling , you refused to actually reply to my messages , you offered no support. You've caused me severe stress , you wrongfully accused me, gave me no chance to resolve this and major major financial loss .

Since this seems like a reoccurring stunt , and you're so set on picking up Suspicious activity, I believe you should be investigated.

Start by showing me where was the suspicious activity. Then look at the expert team .... I'd start with a basic literacy test , ctrl C , ctrl V after clearly not reading my email ...... Isn't expert feedback . Then finally start looking at how you are going to fix this.
