LUNO'S SHAMEFUL CONDUCT AND POOR PROFESSIONALISM 😢!!

Customer service response is shocking! Have had multiple issues over the last few months and takes forever and begging and pleading to get issues resolved! This week was the final straw! Money was stranded in there custody for 6 day's! Was told Metamask wallet was *****ulent with no proof and 9 deposits later was still being held to ransom!! Lost R9 ,000 in the process!! THEY ACT AS IF YOUR MONEY IS THEIR MONEY ABSOLUTELY 💯 PERCENT SHOCKING!!
