Luno.com closes accounts without getting in touch with the account holder

Ive gotten an email where they said they have send me an email few days earlier stating they will terminate my account i have never received such email i did immediately contact them asked why they terminate my account they just said its because they saw some activities on my account i asked them that i can send them proof of all my incomes as im a content creator several attempts but no one came back to me eventually ive gotten all my money out of luno and then they terminated my account if a supervisor or person in charge had gotten back to me i could have provided all legal docs showing there is no suspicious activities on my account

So if you are a content creator DONT use luno ive been using them for years and now all of a sudden they do this really bad from their part
