Luno wrong instructions becomes my loss

luno " app "instructed me to send crypto with a specific type of crypto ( Called " ERC20 " but on their " website " it states that you can only use " ERC-20") ,due to following instructions of luno i had lost me all my funds because of sending it to the wrong details which luno had stated to follow and now no one can account for the lost funds . As a customer I don't think other people should fall in the same line of mishaps that I did .luno just wastes time energy and money at risk . Use another type of crypto currency exchange try (coinbase or crypto.com) instructions are correctly stipulated. Luno is Bad news.
