Luno won’t allow clients to withdraw funds

Luno has blocked my account for no reason. I was purchasing BTC which is what their app is made for and suddenly I can’t send my money out.

After a long verification process, they have still not unlocked my account. I am completely verified and completed every task they asked of me.

I will contact the ombudsman because this is ridiculous. I will then switch to VALR as they do not block clients after verification process
