Luno Wallet refuse to give me my 7 ETH

How do you think I must get 0.3 Eth?You are holding my 7 Eth back so you are commiting an offence to refuse my 7 Eth to my wallet account. I am very angry so is the buyer it's wrong. I wan my 7 Eth. I am still waiting for my 7 eth in my Luno wallet account been months now .I want my money really..
