Luno wallet locked

After i got an sms from a Luno ******* i send luno a copy of sms and they block my account. I got an email from luno to change my passwords and so on. That i did. Then they said an agent will phone to confirm profile info. That they did. From the 12th of October 2018 my account is still locked. Does not matter how many tickets i open they say they will just pass it to the next person. I am unemployed and have some bitcoin that i want to cash out and they have lock mony that i cant get. I have bitcoin waiting to put in my luno wallet. From now till next week will open a ticket every day. Starting next week evry hour till some one can tell me what is going on
