Luno Wallet - The money from my account was taken on 20th, still no one has spoken to me! This is appalling customer service, how dare you advertise all over bill boards as a legitimate company, when you do not bother to get your ***** department to get in touch with me about my account being cleaned out! I will now go to social media, this is a total disgrace. I have had emails from support after me sending at least 20 mails to your support line, one attempt from someone on as she admitted " a terrible telephone line" so I could not hear her, that was 3 days ago, and nothing since. There is no phone number that is answered. I gave just list at today's poor cake R75K, but no one cares at Luno Wallet
