Luno Upay option is useless and should be removed.
Luno decided to change they Upay functionality without inform its customers. I used Upay to deposit money last month the money was instantly available into my wallet and I could immediately send out crypto. Recently I did the same thing being charged R30 to use Upay and I apparently have to wait 3days for the funds to reflect on they bank account. What is the point of offering Upay functionality then?Crypto is very volatile asset 3 days is a lifetime. They should remove this Upay option if its useless.

We want you to have the convenience of being able to deposit money into your Luno wallet quickly and easily. For this, you have the option to make an Instant EFT with PayU.
Using PayU, you can deposit money instantly into your account, which allows you to buy cryptocurrency quickly.
However, it will take up to 3 business days before you can send out any cryptocurrency you bought with your PayU deposit. We do this to make sure your deposit has arrived safely in your wallet.
We ensure that you're informed about this within the deposit flow, and further advise that alternatively, you're able to make a deposit via bank transfer, with no deposit fees.
Any funds you have in your Luno wallet, besides the amount deposited using PayU in the last 3 business days, will still be available for sending. And once the 3 business days have passed, the crypto bought using your PayU deposit will be available for sending as well.
