Luno treated me as a ********

As far back as 2017 I think I opened my first Luno crypto wallet and everything seemed great. I encouraged colleagues , friends and family members to use their platform on more occasions than I can remember. Come along 2022 and EVERYTHING has changed...I received a sms stating my Luno account had been suspended and that I needed to close it with immediate affect as in line with their company policies. No explanation...nothing. To cut a long story short they apparently have reason to believe...and I quote one of their responses ‘In doing so, it came to our attention that you had engaged in or had been likely to engage in a prohibited activity’. What gives you reason to believe this Luno? Stop making me fill in the dots and give me the allegation so I can respond to it !!!! I have been to the Bank on 4 separate occasions to obtain proof of deposits, proof of bank accounts, proof of directorship, and and....the list goes on. All of this querying a R6000.00 deposit I made for my daughter so she could have some BTC to hold for the future. I have been treated like a ******** and NOT ONCE has anyone at Luno had the decency to let me know why I have had to endure this witch-hunt. Nobody at their faceless organization has had the decency to let me (their customer) know why this has happened. I even went as far as tracking down their offices in Cape Town and going to them. But guess what? You cant enter without an appointment.
