Do NOT trust Luno with your money. They delay withdrawals, make account closures a nightmare, and leave customers feeling that their funds are unsafe. Zero transparency, zero urgency, zero trust.

Full Review: My experience with Luno has been an absolute nightmare and I feel compelled to warn others. A financial services provider should prioritise transparency, efficiency, and above all, the safety of customer funds. Luno has failed on all counts.

Instead of assisting me with a straightforward transaction and account closure, they dragged the process out with unnecessary delays, confusing communication, and excuses. At one point, my money felt trapped in their system, and I had zero confidence that it would be returned promptly. No customer should ever feel that their funds are unsafe — but that is exactly the impression Luno gives.

For a platform that markets itself as a leader in cryptocurrency services, the lack of urgency, professionalism, and respect for customers’ money is unacceptable. The experience has been stressful, time-wasting, and frankly alarming.

I will never recommend Luno to anyone. If you value your hard-earned money and peace of mind, think twice before trusting this platform. There are far more reliable and trustworthy alternatives available.

Luno has completely destroyed my trust and confidence, and I would strongly caution others against using them.
