Luno- Theft
I have never been more unimpressed with a company in my life. I dont see how there are this many positive reviews.
I recently attempted to transfer a large amount of USDC from a wallet of mine via the binance smart chain network to my Luno wallet. When the address was given to me, it did not say anything about not supporting the BSC network.
For those who are not to fami**** with crypto- the address used for ERC20 is compatible with the BSC network and you can access your funds via the ETH or BSC network with the same wallet address.
Luno subsequently allowed me to transfer USDC to the address with no warnings on not supporting the network. All competitors such as VALR, Binance, KuCoin all give you a warning on networks supported.
After my funds did not arrive I contacted Luno support. They advised that the funds are gone and not recoverable.
This is not good enough!?
As an institution- you have access to the BSC wallet address and you can certainly access the funds. I am therefore under the belief that Luno are housing these funds and will claim the funds as their own.
This is theft and I will not stand for it.
Return my funds to my wallet Luno.

Binance created its own blockchains (transfer networks) for its customers to send crypto quicker, being the Binance Chain (BNB) and the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) (BEP20/BEP2) tokens.
These blockchains aren’t integrated with the Luno platform. If you send crypto from Binance to Luno using either of the two, we won’t be able to access the funds and return them to you.
