Luno - The worst place to buy your bitcoin!

My experience with Luno has been an absolute nightmare. For over six months now, my parents have been unable to access their Bitcoin, despite countless attempts to contact the company. It's beyond frustrating to see how easy it is for them to take your money and buy Bitcoin, but when it comes to getting your money back, they conveniently soft lock your account.

I strongly advise against using Luno's platform, which boasts about simplifying the process of buying Bitcoin. Sure, they make it easy to deposit funds, but withdrawing them is another story altogether. It's like they're holding your money hostage with no intention of letting it go.

The worst part of this whole ordeal is the abysmal customer service. We've submitted about a hundred support tickets, only to be met with silence from Luno's worthless bot named Toshee. It's infuriating to be left in the dark like this, with no one from the company bothering to address our concerns.

This review is my last resort in the hopes that someone at Luno will finally take notice and help my parents regain access to their funds. It's a shame that it's come to this, but I refuse to let Luno get away with treating its customers so poorly.
