Luno the horrible

My Btc and Eth was ****** through Luno’s exchange. I was duped by a phishing email that looked exactly like Luno’s million emails that they send me a day. In just 2minutea my entire account was cleaned out and they coins send elsewhere. Luno refuses to pay back the money as ‘they can’t do anything about it’. Call me crazy but these exchanges have a responsibility towards their clients (of more than 2 years) and should have insurance for times like these if according to then it is such an everyday occurance. We’re talking about more than R9000 in savings here.
